Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional therapy is a complementary therapy that uses food and supplements to encourage the body’s natural healing. It works alongside conventional medicine and aims to alleviate or prevent illness through dietary modifications.
The relationship between health and food is very important. Diet plays a crucial part in promoting good health, vitality and well-being. Nutritional therapy will help you to work out which are the best foods for you as an individual.
But nutritional therapy is not just about healthy eating. A nutritional therapist will work with you as an individual, using combinations of special diets, nutritional products, cleansing techniques, relaxation techniques and lifestyle factors which help the body to heal itself.
